What a fantastic season we've just had! As a coach it gives me great pleasure to see the development happening in our squad, they all improve every time they go on the field whether it’s matches or training. Before every match I say to the boys "play with a smile on your face". The boys come from far and wide and over the last 2 seasons have really come together as a team and have built up some great friendships on and off the pitch.

We entered 3 tournaments at the end of the season, 1st was Bath Arsenal which we won, 2nd was Westfield we won this last year so the pressure was on, although we got through to the final the odds were against us and we lost 1-0, 3rd was at Warmley Rangers, this was a highly competitive tournament which we lost out on goal difference in the opening rounds. I think we all learnt a little bit that day.

We have come across some very strong opposition and our football talents have shone through, and this is down to some great coaching for which I would like to thank Dave Hedges. Many of the boys have been with Dave since they were 3! I would also like to thank Andy De Long for his coaching support and for his sponsorship "Hamiltons Propery Management", and my wife Zoe for her organisation skills.

I'm looking forward to the start of next season - roll on September!
